Pulley Refurbishment
Prompt overhaul of your pulley
Fenner Conveyors refurbished pulleys provide a significant cost saving and greatly reduced lead time compared to that required to build a new pulley. Within two weeks of a pulley coming in and a valid PO for strip purposes a quote will be provided to you. This enables quick turnarounds. All pulleys are reassembled in the clean room and tested before dispatch to ensure the pulley is suitable for service.
Clean Room Facilities
Fenner Conveyors refurbish pulleys in a pressurised clean area. The room is positively pressured, and temperature controlled to expel dust from the room, minimising contaminants and ensuring ideal clean conditions for bearing installation.
