Conveyor Belt Winders
Our belt winders are designed with user safety and efficiency in mind. Utilising computer modelling combined with manufacturing processes exceeding a multitude of rigorous standards our machinery is built to outlast.
AS3990 - Mechanical equipment – steelwork AS1554.1 - Structural steel welding – welding of steel structures AS/NZS 3000:2007 - Electrical installations (known as the Australia/New Zealand wiring rules) AS2671 - Hydraulic fluid power - general requirements for systems AS1252 - High strength steel bolts with associated nuts and washers for structural engineering
Minimal Assembly
To convert between transport and operating configuration takes approximately 2 hours.
Multiple Configurations
Optional kits and customisations provide versatility for one machine to accommodate all reel widths and diameters. Available customisations include:

Easily Transportable
The entire belt flaking system can be transported and stored, in a disassembled state, in just one 40’ and one 20’ sea container, depending on the
length of the conveyor system.

performance across demanding applications.
In demanding operations conveyor belts are subjected to punishing forces. The survival of a belt in such conditions hinges on the resilience of its cover rubber
Since the installation of the new ArmorShield belts in January 2025, the site has reported zero incidents of belt rips, cuts, or visible wear on the top covers.
Counterfeit and imitation parts that fail under pressure are increasingly threatening industry performance and profitability, and the impact continues to grow.
A strategic collaboration bringing together complementary rubber expertise and a shared desire to support mining customers with circular mining solutions.
