Our belt pullers utilise two 37kW Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) to drive two pulleys through planetary gearboxes. With a peak rated pulling force of 36 tonnes, and a sustained pulling force of 32 tonnes, this machine out performs traditional hydraulic driven machines providing a much more reliable and efficient operation. The Human Machine Interface (HMI) control system provides complete operator control over pulling force, with live feedback.
Engineered and built to outlast our belt pullers are designed utilising computer modelling, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and a manufacturing process exceeding a multitude of rigorous standards:
AS3990 - Mechanical equipment – steelwork AS1554.1 - Structural steel welding – welding of steel structures AS/NZS 3000:2007 - Electrical installations (known as the Australia/New Zealand wiring rules) AS2671 - Hydraulic fluid power - general requirements for systems AS1252 - High strength steel bolts with associated nuts and washers for structural engineering
The machine is designed to be connected to two 63Amp 3-Phase electrical supplies and is controlled at a local control panel on the electrical cubicle, or via a pendant style hand control with a 10m long flexible cable.
Easily Transportable
The belt puller transport configuration allows for transportation on a standard 2.45m wide truck/ trailer.

25 Years of Evolution and Innovation
Belle Banne, a trusted name in conveyor belt solutions for over 25 years, has unveiled the latest iteration of its belt puller, a machine that has become indispensable for efficient conveyor belt installations and changeouts.
In demanding operations conveyor belts are subjected to punishing forces. The survival of a belt in such conditions hinges on the resilience of its cover rubber
Since the installation of the new ArmorShield belts in January 2025, the site has reported zero incidents of belt rips, cuts, or visible wear on the top covers.
Counterfeit and imitation parts that fail under pressure are increasingly threatening industry performance and profitability, and the impact continues to grow.
A strategic collaboration bringing together complementary rubber expertise and a shared desire to support mining customers with circular mining solutions.
