When we first broke ground on the K-Mix project near the end of 2023, the completion of the facility seemed like a far off dream, something to plan for far over the horizon.
Then, just like that, we were a year into construction, with 365 days recordable injury-free, a testament to our focus on maintaining safety for our people alongside our goals of excellence and sustainability, both of which the K-Mix facility were aimed at meeting.
Then, this August, from bare concrete and open sand lots, suddenly we had a complete, beautiful mural made alongside the City of Kwinana, and the brilliant Indigenous artists Brenda Mau and Harley Richards.
And now October 2025 came and went, 2 years passed since we first broke ground, and with it manufacturing operations were live at K-Mix! Just like that, the horizon had arrived and with it all that we’d been planning around for so long.
There’s plenty excitement yet to come, but now, finally we have something to look back upon. So, now that we’re here, let’s enjoy seeing just how far we’ve come. Enjoy the video above and look forward to all that awaits in 2026 and beyond.
