INFINITYSERIES
CIRCULAR INNOVATION

The INFINITYSERIES is Fenner’s new line of recycled conveyor belts, engineered for performance, designed for sustainability, and proudly made and remade in Australia.

Each belt contains a minimum of 10% locally recycled materials, sourced through our collaboration with Tyrecycle and our Kwinana Belt Plant. Built to deliver uncompromising reliability, the INFINITYSERIES  maximises environmental benefit without sacrificing the strength, durability, and performance Fenner is known for.

SUSTAINABILITY THAT PERFORMS

The INFINITYSERIES represents Fenner’s commitment to a more sustainable future for conveyor systems across Australia. Every belt in the range is produced using a minimum of 10% locally recycled materials, sourced through our long‑standing partnership with Tyrecycle and our Kwinana Belt Plant.

By integrating recycled rubber into our manufacturing process, the INFINITYSERIES significantly reduces waste sent to landfill and supports a local circular supply chain, without compromising strength, durability, or performance.

In 2026 Fenner Conveyors was recognised for our work on the InfinitySeries, winning the Bulk Handling Awards Sustainability in Bulk Handling category, and placing as a finalist in the 2026 Australian Mining Prospect Awards Sustainability Innovation Category.

      Frequently Asked Questions

How does the INFINITY SERIES benefit the environment?

The range is engineered to maximise environmental benefit by using recycled rubber from Australian end‑of‑life conveyor belts. This reduces landfill waste, cuts transportation emissions, and supports a local circular supply chain. All materials are processed at Fenner’s state‑of‑the‑art Rubber Mixing Facility, further lowering carbon impacts.

Will recycled content affect belt performance?

No. INFINITY SERIES belts are performance‑engineered for Australian conditions and deliver the same reliability and consistency Fenner is known for. Our in‑house industrial compounding experts develop all cover compounds to ensure no compromise on strength, durability, or operational reliability.

What makes the INFINITY SERIES a practical sustainability solution?

It enables operations to reduce their environmental footprint without changing systems or sacrificing performance. With recycled materials, local processing, and proven Fenner engineering, the series offers a straightforward, credible pathway toward operational sustainability.

Where is the INFINITY SERIES manufactured?

All belts are made locally in Australia, including material processing at our Rubber Mixing Facility and belt manufacturing at our Kwinana plant. Local production also means faster lead times and customised solutions tailored to your application.

What level of support does Fenner Conveyors provide?

Every INFINITY SERIES belt is backed by:

      • Fenner Conveyors’ warranty
      • Expert engineering support
      • Our national network of service centres for installation, maintenance, and after‑sales care

This ensures complete peace of mind for the life of your conveyor system.

Is there a cost to recycling belts?

Yes, there is a per-tonne gate fee that covers the intensive processing required.

Can Tyrecycle recycle belts from other companies apart from Fenner?

Yes, all belt brands can be taken however, Tyrecycle offer Fenner preferential gate fees due to the high-quality nature of the material and reduced processing requirements.

      Which belts can be recycled?

Steel cord belts can be successfully recycled into the desired mesh crumb for hte circular belt solution. Fabric belts are yet to be trialled but could potentially be recycled into tyre derived fuel.

How many times can a belt go through the recycling process?

Whilst there is a maximum number of times the belt can be succesfully recycled into new conveyor belting without affecting performance, there remains downstream options to continue to the life cycle of the rubber.

What's the difference between onshore-processed belt and offshore-processed belt recycling?

On-shore processed belt ensures swift stock rotation and no stockpiles (3 months maximum) for a true circular solution. Tyrecycle also facilitates offshore processing within a traceable chain of custody program that eliminates the use of unscrupulous overseas operators.

Is everything processed by Tyrecycle recyced and used locally?

No. There is not currently enough local demand to use all the recycled materials generated. Overseas markets are needed for tyreofftake and so a large portion is sent overseas. The difference is that Tyrecycle maintains a fully traceable and audited chain of custody into overseas markets.
