Designed and developed strictly in accordance with DIN 7715 international standards Fenner cured rubber sheeting is available in 60º Shore A and 40º Shore A in a range of thicknesses, widths and roll sizes with or without an Adhesion Layer (AL).

Bonding System

Fenner cured rubber sheeting can be bonded to most surfaces using the majority of good quality cold bonding systems available in the market. In applications where an AL is used there is no need for time-consuming grinding prior to bonding. The AL is protected by a plastic film, which enables rapid processing. The combination of high adhesion and high tensile strength in the AL ensures maximum bond strength and increased reliability.

Uncured Rubber Sheeting

We manufacture a range of uncured calendered rubber sheet in various compounds to suit all applications. We typically supply in in 13.1 metre rolls in varying widths and thicknesses up to 15 mm crated and 18 mm bubble wrapped.
